Modular construction Steel Weighbridge equipment designed for the weighing of road vehicles in a variety of activities.
Platform
- Fully steel;
- Electro-welded modules with certified IPE steel profiles;
- Tray covering in thick, non-slip sheet metal;
- Reinforced coupling elements between modules;
- Surface finishing in 3 steps: mechanical pickling + epoxy primer + anti-corrosion paint;
- Transverse covers and side covers for easy access to load cells for maintenance tasks;
- Longitudinal and transverse limiters to absorb the impact of vehicle braking and to maintain correct positioning of the weighing platform;
- Earth connection to protect load cells against overvoltages.
Load Cells
- Digital technology with a capacity of 35 t self-calibration or analogical with a capacity of 25 t;
- Compression type with self-alignment (self pivoting);
- Made of stainless steel;
- Hermetically welded;
- Applied on stainless steel supports with anti-rotation fitting;
- IP68 protection rating.
Junction Box
- Made of aluminum;
- IP67 protection rating;
- Overvoltage protection.
Cables
- Rubber coating for electrical insulation;
- Stainless steel inner mesh for grounding;
- Aluminum inner shielding to protect against external interference;
- PVC tube for routing and protection of cables.
Installation
- Above ground with a total height of 36 cm or in a pit with a depth of 40 cm;
- Civil work is required for the foundation for laying the equipment.
