Weigh-Block Weigher – PPB

Weighter specifically designed for weighing stone blocks.

  • All metal;
  • Electro-welded platform with certified IPE steel profiles;
  • Surface finishing in 3 steps: mechanical pickling + epoxy primer + anti-corrosion paint;
  • Cross and side covers for easy access to load cells for maintenance tasks;
  • Longitudinal and transverse stoppers to absorb the impact of block movement and maintain the correct positioning of the weighing platform;
  • Earth connection to protect load cells against overvoltages.

Description

Weigh-Block Weigher – PPB

  • Chutes for the application of wooden beams allow the movement of the block through a freight elevator;
  • Resistant to concentrated loads;
  • Supports intense usage frequency;
  • Complies with directive 2014/31/eu for commercial transactions;
  • Application of the SOLAS directive.

Load Cells

  • Digital technology with a capacity of 35 t and self-calibration or analog with a capacity of 25 t;
  • Compression type with self-aligning (self-pivoting);
  • Made of stainless steel;
  • Hermetically welded;
  • Applied on stainless steel supports with anti-rotation fitting;
  • IP68 protection index;
  • Protection against overvoltages●CE / OIML R60 approval.

Junction Box

  • Made of aluminum;
  • IP67 protection index;
  • Overvoltage protection.

Wiring Harness

  • Rubber coating for electrical insulation;
  • Stainless steel inner mesh for earthing;
  • Aluminum inner shield to protect against external interference;
  • PVC tube for routing and protection of cables.

Mounting

  • On-ground/Semi-Built-in;
  • Civil work is required for the foundation for laying the equipment.
